At IDILIC FESTIVAL you come to enjoy to the fullest without worries, and our cashless wristbands are your best allies.
It is the fastest way to pay at the festival.
We will give it to you upon arrival at the venue 🙂
During the festival, you will also be able to charge your wristband by scanning the QR code on your wrist and at all the cashless points set up at the venue.
And if that’s not enough, you can also pay by card at bars, food trucks and stores, and use cash to recharge your wristband.
You can request a refund of your outstanding balance once the festival is over, from 13:00h on July 2 to 23:59h on July 9, by scanning the QR code on your wristband and following the instructions!

Drinks will be purchased inside the venue by means of a cashless wristband. We recommend you to charge credit on your wristband in advance, you can do it on the festival’s ticket sales website. Once you have exchanged your ticket for the wristband, we will give you the wristband with the credit you have previously charged, and in case you have not made a previous recharge or run out of balance, you can charge the wristband with your cell phone using Apple Pay, Google Pay and Credit Card. You will also find credit card and cash recharge points within the premises.
Once the festival is over, you can request a refund of the amount not consumed. We will provide you with more information on how to make the return procedure later on. You will receive the instructions by email.
There are different food places inside the festival where you can also buy food using the cashless wristband.
Entry with professional cameras or video cameras is not allowed, except in those cases expressly authorized by IDILIC Festival and accredited as Media/Press.

The Organization does not guarantee the authenticity of the ticket if it has not been purchased at the official points of sale. If the ticket has already been validated, you will not be able to enter and you will lose the money you have paid for it. Never buy tickets on Viagogo, Ticketswap and other resale platforms.
The Festival organization assumes no responsibility in case of loss or theft of the ticket. You must take care of the ticket until the day of the event as if they were cash tickets. The beneficiary of the ticket or the person in whose name the ticket is personalized assumes full responsibility in case the ticket is presented in duplicate, photocopied or forged, losing all rights to access the event. Only the first entry that is submitted and its code validated will be valid. Any entry with the same code, which is subsequently submitted, will be totally invalid. Ticket resale is not allowed.
IMPORTANT: The code on your ticket allows access to the site only once. It is your responsibility to take care of it and prevent it from being duplicated. Do not post your ticket on social networks, do not print it in unsecured places and keep it out of the reach of third parties.

All attendees must be admitted regardless of age. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult parent or legal guardian. (Decree 112/2010 of the Generalitat de Catalunya). You will be allowed to bring a water bottle of maximum 50 cl without a cap.
You will also be allowed to bring fruit and sandwiches into the venue, but under no circumstances will Tupperware or rigid containers or cutlery be permitted.

Minors up to 15 years of age may access the Festival by paying the corresponding entrance fee and must be accompanied by their parents or guardian, or an authorized adult. Tutors must carry the documentation that identifies them as such. Children under 16 and 17 years of age, as long as they have paid their entrance fee, will be able to access the site under the same conditions as adults without the need to be accompanied.
During their stay on the premises, parents or legal guardians shall be responsible for any action taken by the minor. In order for this to be possible, the following documentation must be presented at the entrance to the premises: ID card, family book, passport of both parties or legal document proving the parental relationship or responsibility for the child.
On the other hand, the parent or guardian must sign a release form in which he/she assumes responsibility for the minor while he/she is inside the premises. In addition to the corresponding documents, parents/guardians or authorized person must bring a valid ticket. They must accompany the minor throughout their stay within the premises, without being able to stay individually.
At all times both the parents/guardians or authorized person and the minor must carry their ID card or passport in case it is required by the organization’s staff to prove their identity. In the case of foreigners, they must provide the appropriate documents from their country of origin. The certificate of responsibility can be picked up and filled out at the entrance to the site or signed and brought from home.
The Organization informs that current legislation expressly prohibits the sale of alcohol to minors under 18 years of age. To this end, each minor will be identified with a cashless wristband with which he/she will not be able to purchase alcohol. The minor must wear this bracelet at all times, as well as his/her ID card.
Failure to comply with the above requirements shall be grounds for expulsion from the premises and shall not entitle to any refund of the price paid for the minor’s admission.

At the venue you can find a medical service that will assist you in case of any mishap you may have suffered during the festival. They can also ask for help from any IDILIC Festival member who will send a medical team to assist them.
If a serious problem arises, they can contact the nearest person in the organization they can find and they will help them in any way they can. Security personnel will also be present throughout the premises.
People with reduced mobility and specific needs will be able to access the site through a fast-track entrance together with an accompanying person; there will also be an adapted area reserved exclusively for them. This area is arranged to ensure maximum visibility.
If you suffer or witness an aggression, discriminatory situation or harassment, involve your friends or people you trust and do not hesitate to ask for help and communicate it to any member of our team (whether in bars, security, organization…).
The staff will activate the protocol by contacting the immediate response team (medical personnel, security and attendant care), ensuring confidentiality, care and respect at all times.
The worker who attended you will accompany you to the medical point of the festival, where the established protocol will be followed to attend the specific case.
Whether you decide to report the situation or not, you have the right to receive psychological and medical help and care to deal with the aggression you have suffered in the way you choose.
